    Hello people!

I am running OMV 3.0.53 and have a 10gbps X540 Intel card with 2 ports. It was all swell, but one day, out of the blue, one of the ports simply stopped supplying 10gbps and now only supplies 1gbps. I identified it as the port, because I switched cables and computers, and only this port is 1gbps. Is there any command where I can see if some config was reseted? In the GUI everything appears normal (note: complete linux noob here).

Also, is intel X710 4 ports compatible with OMV Erasmus?

    Thanks!!

I upgrade my OMV HTPC and make a fresh install with OMV v4 in a new PC.
I use a 80GB SATA disk connected in a USB port using a SATA-USB adapter, but when the system wake up after he's suspend with autoshutdown plugin the NAS is inaccessible via SSH or http.
Maybe the USB adapter is not working after suspend and OMV doesn't have access to the disk?
If I setup autoshutdown plugin to power off them when the system start, works ok.

    My system:
    I5 2500K
    8GB RAM (2x4GB)
Mother: Gigabyte H67M-D2-B3 (Upgrade to the latest firmware)
    SATA-USB adapter: Generic
    Disk Samsung 80GB SATA

I'm banging my head against a wall here, It worked once yesterday. and now no longer works...

i have a fresh install debian due to UEFI only board.

I've added repo. to sources.list.d/openmediavault.. and when I command apt-get install openmediavault-keyring postfix it tells me it cant find it.. while it did yesterday?!?!?! on another install that got borked.

    deb packages.openmediavault.org/public arrakis main

what am I missing as every "how-to" i've read is the same thing.. after adding this to sources list run apt-get update. of course if gives some hail mary roasted nuts about public signatures, no_pubkey 248 yada yada...
Then I try to "apt-get install openmediavault-keyring" . I've tried --allow-unauthenticated etc.. its just not finding it.

Can someone shed some light.. brain is melted.

I can not say it more clearly :) - I'm using an Emmc module of 16 gb from Odroid, but according to Tkaiser, I'll do the following: "If you want to use this image on XU3 / XU4 together with an old hard core eMMC module, unfortunatly you will need an SD…

You are going to have to more clear. What published procedures are you using and don't they already answer your question?

Thanks, i didn't found it at first because it is still in testing repo. I will give a try when I have omv running, I like the idea of making a backup without shutting down and, according to its web page, it supports extended attributes :) !! Ah !!! and…

Yes, I know if you burn an iso with etcher :) - But I burn an iso on an SD card and use the nand-sata-install script to install it on Emmc and therefore I would know which file system :)? - The reason I do it is that there are problems with bootloader on…

There is no need to format the drive OMV will be installed to. The ISO installer will do that for you.

Wow that's fast. Could you run iperf on just adding a disk from your zfs storage to your omv. I keep threatening to set iperf up but never get around to it. Thanks
