    Currently the OMV Duplicati plugin doesn't include any means to customize how the server runs and or add custom variables to the /etc/default/duplicati file that the service uses. from what I've found, this makes the default service more or less useless if you need to add any custom variables. I am not sure how hard this is to add, but having the ability to add extra options, similar to what the SSH plugin does, would be very helpful for more advanced configurations.

    For Reference, this is what that file looks like by default,

    # This is file is generated.
    MONO_TLS_PROVIDER=legacy
    DAEMON_OPTS="--webservice-port=8300 --webservice-interface=0.0.0.0"

    And this is what it would look like with a single custom option added.

    # This is file is generated.
    MONO_TLS_PROVIDER=legacy
    DAEMON_OPTS="--webservice-port=8300 --webservice-interface=0.0.0.0 --webservice-sslcertificatefile=/usr/lib/duplicati/cert/certificate.pfx"

    So all edits have to be in a single line, unlike the ssh config.…

    I recently modified 3 of my docker containers do to removal of a users. I did modify my container while they were on and only changed PGID and PUID to my new user. In the docker overview everything seems fine but I cannot access them. I didn't think changing the PGID and PUID would break it. Do I need to reconfigure them all over?

    Here is my docker log file from the sonarr container: ghostbin.com/paste/vhy5j

    Hi,
    I followed this thread Guide to OMV 4 Active Directory Integration and successfully (almost) joined AD (Samba4 on Univension Corporate Server).
    This means I can see AD users and groups on OMV and can share file/folders.

    But still OMV FQDN ins't resolved in LAN. I think this prevent me from access shares via OpenVPN.

    After joining AD I noticed that DNS Forward Zone on computer account in Univension Corporate Server is empty unlike other computers successfully joined AD (mydomain.intranet).

    I set up hostname (omv) and domain (mydomain.intranet) left realm and joined again - no success.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    edited:

    While joining realm join returns something like this:

    Source Code

    1. Using fully qualified name: omv

    But FQDN should be something like:

    Source Code

    1. Using fully qualified name: omv.mydomain.intranet

    There's a LOT to absorb on the Ceph topic but, with the barest of overviews, it seems to be interesting. I'm not sure I could do much with a cluster configuration (who knows what could be done in VM's?) so I'll be looking at what can be done at the host…

    my experience doing the same: sometimes the new docker is corrupt and i need to delete and recreate. PD: when use portainer to modify the same in docker, all times works, so my suggest is that use portainer to modify PUID & PGID on existing containers…

    @geaves 1. Just did, rtorrent was set to network: bridge instead of host. But that didnt fixed the issue, my jackett container is up. But rtorrent nor sonarr is up. 2. Yes, the new user do have permission to everything.
