    another option is to mantain a docker compose file with all your containers configurations, port maps, volume maps etc.

    If you're using docker, you'd probably want to check out hub.docker.com/r/dperson/openvpn-client/ It has firewall rules to block all outbound traffic if the VPN is down.

    With two or more NICS, your computer has better speed, and performance. Some mode like RR, TLB...Try out each of them to see the result. I'm using TLB.

    With minidlna, No. It's a "strict" ans simple DLNA server with no transcoding. It just streams files. Your renderer (the TV or other) should have the correct codecs to show the file. Same for the srt files, that not in the DLNA specs. DLNA is a crapy…

    I too would like to know what I can do with my additional Nic. I am sure there is an advantage with Docker. I do run Haugene/Transmission-OpenVPN. So what can be done with a second(third) Nic?
