    I just loaded 4.x and i am getting JME: Disable TX Engine timeout cascading down my screen. It seems like I get about 10 of them at boot but it doesnt show up after that. Should I be concerned?

    Login as root over SSH is disabled by default. Not safe. Enable it (Services, SSH) or (better) use sudo.

    The messages aren't consistent. You might be going down a rabbit hole. The only way to be sure, would be a rebuild.
