I'm 98% sure its a windows issue itself but wasn't sure where to put this.
I can see my SAMBA share just fine via WIFI on my 8.1 laptop. I can map it as a drive and all works as it should. If I shut my WIFI off and connect with an ethernet cable via a usb 3.0 adapter, or the port on the laptop itself. then the only way to get into the server is to \\ipofserver into windows explorer. Otherwise it says it can't find my mapped drive.
Its not really a huge deal.. but would like everything working the way it should. Has anyone experience this? Like I said I know its most likely a windows issue.
