Re-install OMV w/existing Raid

Hi guys,

I been messing w/the ssh & owncloud installation, and it messed my OMV, & I can't get it back.
So, I have to re-installed a fresh OMV.
However, I'm not reformat my RAID10 harddrives though.
The data is still there.

I'm going to re-mount, and use it.
Is this bad for the data/hard drive in the long run?

No, it is OK. Turn machine off. Undo all the SATA cables to the RAID 10 drives. Just leave the system drive plugged in. Reinstall OMV then shut it down and reconnect all the RAID drives. When you start back up and enter the filssytem section you should see your RAID. Remount...

Make sure you are using battery backup with RAID.

I successfully re-installed OMV 2.1.1.
It's soft raid though.
