start up error need some help

I just noticed i could not see my shares and opened my omv monitor to see a bunch of errors.

I restarted my omv machine and it stops at this error;
/bin/sh: can't access tty; job control turned off.

but before that line it says;
no init found. try passing init= bootarg.

busybox v1.17.1 (debian 1:1.17.1-8) built-in shell (ash)
enter "help" for a list of built in commands.

any ideas?
