Bonded interfaces cosmetic/usability issue

      After upgrading my server I now have two GigE NICs that I've setup in a bonding configuration:

      The fact that there are no interfaces available isn't true. The problem seems to be on line 52 of `/usr/share/openmediavault/mkcconf/issue`:

      It looks liek "bond" is not a hotpluggable interface? At any rate, if I remove `--allow=hotplug`, the issue is generated properly.
