I have received today for the first time the filesystem usage notification (above 80%).
How can I modify this notification percentage? I would like to increase slightly this percentage.
May be it's me but I can't find it as a configurable parameter in the GUI

It's not in the GUI. You have to edit a file by hand:
/etc/default/openmediavault
Add the following or change it to the value you want if it already exists:
OMV_MONIT_SERVICE_FILESYSTEM_SPACEUSAGE="xx"
where xx is the numerical value you want.
Then run these commands as root user:
/etc/init.d/openmediavault-engined restart
omv-mkconf monit
/etc/init.d/monit restart
@gderf if you add this to the GUIDE section I will approve it.
