I have read this: Samba Share Types in OMV
My doubt:
We have many users and these users are into yours respective groups and the groups have yours work folder. Inside work folder each user have your private work folder. Inside from work folder group there is a public work folder that respective users group can access read/write to common work files.
Today, we have configured one by one in ACL, it works fine, but ever that we need add new group or users we have a big job to configure permissions type.
We try configure by PRIVILEGES of groups but, OMV let makes access for example:
Group ABC
Users: user1, user2, user3,
Folders: user1, user2, user3 and public folder group (common work files from group)
Then:
user1 only can access your folder user1 and public folder group
user2 only can access your folder user2 and public folder group
But, if we use Privileges, the user1 let access on user2........
Then, the best result for us in the moment is config one by one, even config by groups.
Is there another way or option for this?
