i've a problem with my OMV System. Maybe someone can help me. 
I want my NAS to automatically shutdown at 12:58 (for example) every day (if it's on of course).
I've activatet a sceduled task and set the settings as you can see in the attached screenshot.
I don't know why, but sometimes the system shutsdown with a delay of 5 minutes and sometimes the system doesn't shutdown.
Any ideas how to solve this issue?

Are you using 'scheduled jobs' for auto shutdown?
Cron job is good for auto shutdown & wake up at specific time.
If you do, the command should begin with something like this: rtcwake -m disk -s 45000.
And your user should be set to root when you set up the schedule.
Regarding your issue, it could be some background activities that interfere your auto shutdown.
Check your BIOS settings such as WOL by PCI-E, RTC....
You have to deselect "Jede Nte Minute/Stunde", if you want your server to shutdown at 12:58
Sure that i have to deselect it? I'll try it...
So disabling "Jede Nte Stunde/Minute" didn't make it better. 
Now the server doesn't shutdown at all.
