hard drive partition

Hello ,
I use openmediavault raspberry on to record the flow of my ip cameras.
I can not make my 3to Lots partitions on disk.
I think it is not possible to openmediavault with AC, so I removed my hard drive and I used gparted live cd.
I managed to make my partition, but when I deliver my hard drive on the raspberry openmediavault asks me to format again ...
Openmediavault me erase my partition! How to do ?
