OMV 0.3.7.1 + netgear gs108e reboot why?

Hi

I just bought a netgear gs108e gig switch which I connected my OMV to. And directly when I get connected my OMV reboots and it keeps doing that a bit in under startup.
I thought it was rpc.statd but it wasn't,
my omv are using skge network drive

what can there be that makes my omv to reboot when I connect it to a netgear gs108e switch?

It works great with my fs108 netgear switch which is a 10/100 Mbits switch.

I found out that its My skge driver that hangs and make My omv reboot.
If i turn off autoneg with ethtool then i can Connect to My gs108e switch. But if i turn on 1000 full duplex it crashes.

Any ideas? Bad driver?
Cant see anythings in the logs.
