Get the Ultra Fit. Just make sure to use the backports 3.16 kernel and flashmemory plugin. You will probably have to install in the usb2 port and then move to the usb3 port after installing the 3.16 kernel.
-
The price is so similar, why not get the USB 3.0 drive?
As far as performance goes, it won't make much practical difference in the case where OMV is installed to it, as the system drive doesn't see a lot of I/O.

Can i install backports 3.16 kernel following this tutorial or the is a better way? fhttps://scottlinux.com/2013/11/23/how-to-install-newer-kernel-from-debian-wheezy-backports/
-
Just install it within OMV itself, from the Systems | OMV-Extras.org page, Kernel Tab.

The drive has arrived today i use clonezilla to move my system from a 8 gb drive to this 16 gb, but omv only recognize the same 8gb, who do i expand the fs to use all 16gb, the new drive is usb 3.0 mutch faster on boot and shutdown

You have two options:
1 - Delete the swap, resize the partition, create a new swap partition, and fix fstab (fastest option)
2 - Move the entire extended partition (with swap partition inside it) to the end of the stick and then resize the first partition.
-
I did the 1st method, now i get this error

Something is very wrong. You should get that error with method #1. Worst case, it doesn't find swap.
-
I remove and install again the flash plugin and it does not show more errors the server is running for a day, but i did not yet login via terminal and execute commands on the server.
