VirtualBox permission Problem

    Hi All,


    my OS disc crashed and i setuped the OMV instance new. Now I installed virtual Box and set up again the folder which stores my virtual maschines.


    I want to readd the existing virtual maschines to VirtualBox but it says permission denied ?! Why? What could I check or do?


    EDIT: also tried to install a new VM also permission denied in the share that before the crash workede (all on a AUFS pool)

    Did you try the reset permissions tab in shared folder section?

    Login as root via ssh. Find the directory where you VMs are /media/uuid/whatever. chown -R vbox:vboxusers /media/uuid/whatever
