Read the little note down below privileges?
Go to the reset permission utility in shared folder section and pick the folder you use for transmission and reset it read-write everyone. The last option from the drop down menu.

It does not change anything.
I will test tomorrow reinstalling everything because I do not know what I did, but now when I try to apply the changes, I have this error message :Code

This is rpi right? Just make sure the sdcard is new or at least you know it hasn't had much use before

Yes I have the RPI 2. The sd card is new.
It's better to install the 1.XX or the 2.XX version ? -
1.x is not longer maintained.

As Sub points out, that is almost always a permissions issue or a bad SD.

also in my experience when you get permission error in transmission, you need to delete and add the torrent again. No matter what restarting the daemon does not help.

Ditto.
I had the permission issue when I first installed OMV (0.4 I think). It was a write error issue and had to readd my torrent after getting help from Rye and Tekkb
