I already did it not with fstab but via mount command and it works fine.

Mount the share in some path in /media /uuid/somefolder
And you're ready. If you want to use that folder in some other service create a shared folder for that path.
If you want this to be reboot persistent put it at fstab. -

/media/fa36508a-b3c4-4499-b30a-711dd5994225/smb_readyshare
but now, when I add a new "Shared folder" it asks me to choose the volume, where can I find the just created /media/xxxx folder? -
You can't. @subzero79 was suggesting the CLI workaround since you couldn't get it to work with the plugin - the problem though is yet to be found - but this doesn't allow you to choose it as a shared folder from the webinterface.
So you need to workaround this by creating a symlink from another share so you can actually access it from the gui.
