Owncloud marked installed BUT not anymore

  • Hi to you all, and thanks for your help,
and for the team, thanks for OMV that I use now
for 4 years without serious issues.

    Here is my problem :
I installed Owncloud a while ago, and then, I think I un-installed it from
    SSH console...

Now, I want to reinstall it again thru the OMV plugin, but it is still marked "Installed".
If I try to uninstall from there, OMV says : "Package 'openmediavault-owncloud' is not installed, so not removed",
and is still marked "Installed" !

    Turning around...
    Is there a solution ?
Sorry if I missed it on the forum.
    Thanks for your help
    Alex

  • Thanks a lot!

    I did a
    apt-get remove --purge owncloud
it actually removed a last packet of Owncloud,
BUT did not solve the marked plugin problem.

by the way, I did the installation of NEXTCLOUD and it worked fine.

  • Thanks...
    nope :
    No packets left :

    dpkg -l |grep openmediavault
ii openmediavault 2.2.5 all Open network attached storage solution
ii openmediavault-keyring 0.4 all GnuPG archive keys of the OpenMediaVault archive
rc openmediavault-lvm2 2.1 all OpenMediaVault Logical Volume Manager (LVM2) plugin
    root@NAS2:/media/usb1/archive-#

    :(

  • Waou !
Fantastic new possibilities but when I do an apt-clean,
    I ended with :

    Reading package lists...
W: GPG error: http://shell.ninthgate.se wheezy Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 0B38CE01521D8275

Don't know if it's part of the problem or how to solve it... but the marked owncloud is still there...
    Thanks for your help

EDIT : ok, I got rid of the error message by editting the source.list.d rep, but still having the same problem... I give up.
As I installed the NEXTCLOUD, I don't whant to mix it up and uninstall it now...

    Thanks for your help
