Emby Plugin No ffmpeg install

Pulling my hair out now ffmpeg will not download at all on install of emby via plugins.

all ffmpeg folders are empty even after uninstalling and reinstalling / god dam formating etc

Nobody have any idea why ffmpeg is not working , even installing it via apt-get the ffmpeg seems to disapear

Sorry no one was able to help within 24 hours (I was working and had a child in the hospital). This is an odd problem that I have never seen before. Maybe it would helpful to post your solution to prevent this problem from happening to other people.
