openmediavault-sensors in OMV3

  • Hello! Long time stalker with my first post.
I spent a week in the summer building my new OMV3 NAS and now in spending my late nights configuring it ;)

I spend some time now trying to find a deb package for installing openmediavault-sensors in OMV3. In the abandoned plugins thread I could not find anything about this being abandoned, but I can't find the deb anywhere either. In there a deb package for OMV3 and can it be installed? Am I missing something?

It is working on OMV 3.x and being worked on. Not sure why it isn't in the repo.

So if it's working in OMV3 and it not in the repo, how do I install it?

If it isn't in the repo, you probably want to wait until it is. There must be a reason @jhmiller hasn't put it in the repo.

  • Added to the testing repo.
There is a bug where omv will not load if sensors is added to the dashboard and you uninstall it, you must remove it from the dashboard before uninstalling it.

  • I don't think it is a file but a setting somewhere, I believe in the browser's cache.
