    Don't know if you've seen this. It seems Chris is really wanting the remote share mount plugin in OMV 3.x.

    Uh, you didn't look at my link. I have been saying for a long time that remoteshare needed to be totally rewritten. I did that and called it remotemount. Right now it mounts samba and nfs shares.

    It is in the beta repo. Download from here and upload using the OMV web interface. Did I mention it is beta? And yes, it needs more documentation. The plugin can't fix permissions on the remote server either.

    I did not realize that the plugin name had been changed. Total rewrite? Not up on everything on the forum. Spending a lot of time helping my daughter. You know some of the background. Her study habits were really bad. I've had to push her constantly since school started. She is getting better though. Last couple weeks she is doing well.

    Yep. I made a new plugin and it uses none of the old code. Uses OMV's filesystem backend.
