Firewall configuration help - Plex

Hi guys,

Hoping to get some help as i've been tearing my hair out.
I'm trying to configure my omv firewall using information in this thread (particularly tekkb's screenshots.
For some reason I seem to be blocking Plex's ability to download metadata?
Here is a screenshot of my iptable.

When the final rule is set to "reject", the metadata in plex does not download but when i change the final rule to "nothing" and save in the webgui, all my metadata downloads fine within plex.
I hope i've set it up right ? (10.1.1.50 is my OMV server, 10.1.1.1 is my router). Port forwarding is setup on my router.

Any pointers would be great as linux is quite new to me.
(also not sure if i've setup BTSYNC correctly either but will deal with that later).

the first rule seems odd. Looks like the ctstate option you putted in comments and not in extra options

I have that first rule setup exactly like this screenshot.

Actually sub you pointed me in the right direction.

Turns out I didn't put the correct info in the "extra options box".
I had " -m conntrack -ctstate ESTABLISHED,RELATED " instead of " -m conntrack --ctstate ESTABLISHED,RELATED " (I was missing a hyphen).

It seems to be working now??

Will do some further testing.
