Webcam Plugin ?!

Hi another Plugin what should be great would be an Webcam Plugin.
Only for IP Cameras.
at the moment on my second server runs the webcam server and the tv server (another post tvserver plugin)
a small tool grab on every movement on the camera a videofile and stored it to the omv.
is there a plugin to to that with omv ? so one server can do all the stuff
