Delete entire Nextcloud setup folder, and re-download it.
Ensure the folder permission is: www-data:www-dataYou can try this script: https://forum.openmediavault.o…?postID=138230#post138230
-
ok tnx
-
removed nextcloud folder, re added folder, reinstalled nextcloud.
Still the same issue, my chrome and firefox only download the index.php.should nginx show as running in the dashboard of omv?
-
No.
You check it by: service nginx status
Ensure the service is ON in Nginx tab. -
yeah it is, i also tried restarting it.
maybe i'll just reinstall omv 3 and start over. -
ok clean install of omv 3,
still stuck at step 7, but a different issue now, im getting a 502 bad gateway error.
Error log in nginx shows18579#0: *35 connect()to unix:/var/run/fpm-.sock failed (2:no such file or directory) while connecting to upstream, client:192.168.144.11, server:, request: GET/index.oho HTTP/1.1",upstream: "fastcgi://unix/var/run/fpm-,sock:", host:"192.168.144.101:82", referrer: "http://192.168.144.101:82/"
i have tried multiple ports in nginx server, like 90, 92 ect..
thanks for any help.

"192.168.144.11" should be your IP.
Post your nginx server and pool config, you have a type, where you define your php unix socket

whats the easiest way to post those configs?

whats the easiest way to post those configs?
nginx config should be in the folder /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/
and php pool should be in /etc/php/7.0/fpm/pool.d/names of the files can be different than mine, so you have to look into them
-
the two items i have in /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/
are
openmediavault-webgui and zzz-omv-nginx/etc/php/7.0/fpm/pool.d/ s
ays no directory found -
I'm in just can't seem to get past this page.
here's my config.php, i have tried several different things i found on nextclouds site but none worked. what am i missing in my config file?
Code
Alles anzeigen$CONFIG = array ( 'instanceid' => 'ocjt6qj5w0kv', 'passwordsalt' => '06jVBpHFIkXwCIVK13yLyk1aS92slJ', 'secret' => '4Y3xtte/e64UmlErtm+SszJEgf7tCVTdi8axGZg61XjemM+H', 'trusted_domains' => array ( 0 => '192.168.144.101:90', ), 'datadirectory' => '/srv/dev-disk-by-label-Media/www/nextcloud/data', 'overwrite.cli.url' => 'https://192.168.144.101:90', 'dbtype' => 'sqlite3', 'version' => '12.0.3.3', 'installed' => true,

I hope you did not change the files directly. I told you where they are to help post them easily.
Change them under the nginx-plugin.
and change your config.phpthe port was wrong, you are connecting to 92 not 90
Do you have irc?
if so join the openmediavault channel, i will help you there and you can post your solution here. -
no did my edits in nginx, changed port to 92. now can't log in at all
-
thats why i told you to show me your nginx conf for nextcloud.
what url do you use to connect to your nextcloud? -
192.168.144.101:80
-
are you reading only on of my lines? PLEASE POST YOUR nginx conf FOR NEXTCLOUD
AND IF POSSIBLE JOIN #openmediavault on irc.freenode.net, could communicate way faster then on the forum.
-
How is it, that you connect on port 80, what port is your openmediavault webUI running?
Do you have a reverse proxy? And are you sure you want to use sqlite instead of mysql/mariadb?

no ive read you reply's, is that not my nginx conf above?
port 80 is the default to omv, i didn't change it.
-
Then why don't you answer about joining the irc channel for faster communication or if you really want to use sqlite instead of mysql/mariadb?
And that is not the config.
Show me a screenshot what you put on step 1f
