Running into another issue Docker repo has been enabled but does not show up. If i enable the docker repo testing i find 3.1.8 but states the followiing in teh image

There is no plugins in the regular docker repo but you need to it enabled for the external docker package repo. You are having the issue because most of the plugin depend on OMV 3.0.67. Try apt clean button in omv-extras. You need to update omv and omv-extras.
