Hi -- After years of thinking about it, I finally set up OMV to serve up all our music and photos. I'm having some trouble with the iTunes server and would be grateful if somebody can help me here. The audio stream just seems to die on my Apple TV 4 after about 5-6 mins of playing. The forked-daapd log says:
[2017-03-25 20:53:12] raop: ApEx Apple TV closed RTSP connection
[2017-03-25 20:53:12] player: AirPlay device Apple TV FAILED
Have been having this issue for a while now and figured I'd try my Airport Express with forked-daapd and that works just fine.
I'm using an iPhone 6, OMV 2.2.13 (on an HP microserver gen 8), Apple TV 4. Main router is Netgear CGD100D-2 (switched off the Wifi Multimedia on it and still no luck)
