VBoxWebSrv not reachable?

Hey everybody,

I recently installed the VirtualBox plugin.

Then I tried to configure a Port-Forwarding for SSH. To do so I had to use the VBoxManage command. Some things were only available, if I use this command as "vbox" user. Since Debian asked me for a password which I have never set I removed the user and added it again with my new password.

Unfortunately after that nothing is working correctly.

OMV tells me again and again that the web server is no reachable. I tried to reinstall it but nothin works. The plugin itself seems to be okay since I can activate and deactivate it without any problems.
Maybe you now how:

1) Check if server is running (127.0.0.1:18083)
2) How to config it (if the files are maybe broken)

EDIT:
As I saw in this thread I reinstalled VirtualBox and the plugin can be enabled fine. But the php web interface still says it has no connection to the server.
