Why would you want to do that? The whole point of a NAS is to run headless.
I want to install tightvnc, but it is errors. Could not open default font. So I can not look where it goes wrong. It is much easier to navigate from a shell.

Try installing the remotedesktop plugin.
Ok I have installed it so what can I do with it? (Sorry I am new to this.)

you have with PIXEL that here meant, the proposal from @ryecoaaronis the simplest
way to the success. because the desktop environment is immediately
delivered
PIXEL can also be installed if desired
Use remote desctop client rdp, vnc,...to connect to server
Please help setting up client.

Win + R
paste %systemroot%\system32\mstsc.exe and press enter
enter the IP of the server and press enter ....
