The left navigation panel in Web GUI was gone after 3.0.76 update tonight, any idea? Or there is a setting to toggle?

Did you try to click on the small arrow in the top left corner?
Just below the OMV logo -
Also if that doesn't work clear your web cache.

It has been removed on touch devices because a tree did not make sense here.

It appears in another computer...I guess it 'thinks' my computer has touch screen but actually it doesn't.
-
mine shows only "access right management" and "information".

You have to use the 'admin' user.

Is there any options to force the left pane showing all the time? New version just keep interpret wrongly my screen is touch-sensitive...
-
No, there isn't. Maybe changing the user agent will help, but I did not checked that.

I tried Chrome and Edge, both don't work...

There is a similar topic under "general" which i have posted my findings, so i will summarise them here:
I have restarted my omv server, cleared browser caches etc.
At home the left nav does not work for any of my browsers.
But going via my work laptop via a tunnel into my private network and all is well.Home setup:
Windows 10 - IE, Edge, Chrome - no left hand nav
Windows Server 2016 - Firefox - no left hand navWork setup:
Windows 7, proxy, Chromium (not chrome) all is well. When the left nav is not visible i get the following console error, which may or may not be part of the cause.
uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'mousedown' of null

Hello,
now I also recognized this on one of my home computers.
1. On this machine the webui works as expected with Chrome and Edge:
- Fujitsu PC
- Windows 10 Pro 64bit
- Google Chrome Version 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit)
- Microsoft Edge 38.14393.1066.0 / Microsoft EdgeHTML 14.14393
2. On this machine it doesn't work as expected with Chrome and Edge:
- Lenovo Notebook
- Windows 10 Pro 64bit
- Google Chrome Version 58.0.3029.96 (64-bit)
- Microsoft Edge 38.14393.1066.0 / Microsoft EdgeHTML 14.14393
After updating the chrome to latest stable version (58.0.3029.110) and deleting the browser cache the lenovo thinkpad still doesn't show the left navigation frame of the webui. The Lenovo Thinkpad is a notebook, but it doesn't have a touch display.
What can we do to localize the problem?
Greetings Hoppel
