If you want to restore your clonezilla backup it is also possible with an clonezilla live cd or usb stick installation. You can download from http://clonezilla.org/
It is looking like that will be the option, I was hoping to get grub to boot to clonzilla so I can do from a ssh session
Is it possible to connect a keyboard and a monitor directly to the server? Then you can select clonezilla in the grub menu and do a restore without need of SSH.
