Hello,
I've installed openmediavault a few days back, managed to configure it and using with success OpenVPN, PLEX Media Server,FTP, Downloader and as i've said Letsencrypt. I get into problems when i try to use the web-gui/web interfaces for the Plex Media Server, Deluge and i guess i'll get into the same problems when i'll try some other plugins that has a web-interface/gui. My problem is as follows:
when i try to access the web interface of Plex Media Server, my Letsencrypt certificate it's not valid (see attached picture) but the certificate is valid for the default home page of my OMV. I'm using it trough noip.com DDNS service and i run the OMV on port 9090 and 9494 for ssl, this is because on the port 80 and 443 i have another server that i use as a web server (apache). I'm guessing that browsers get confused when i access the OMV with a valid certificate and then when i click on the tab named Plex Web Client it get's me to an unsecured page and doesn't allow me to add it to exceptions. My question is: Do I have to install a certificate for every web-page of an plugin (if yes, please explain me how). I would prefer to use https then http so if there's a way to do this please let me know. I think that i can use https for OMV page and http for other( please explain me how) although I would prefer https. For Deluge I have the same problem, in order to use the Web client i have to use a different browser. Or maybe i have to add a new conf file in nginx for every webgui/site . If i use a different browser for https and http then i have no issues, but I want it to work from one browser as well. Help will be much appreciated. :)))
