Updates and packages

    Hello,
    I upgrade regularly the omv program -> congratulation, this is very easy to do and clear! But what to do with the others packages as gzip, perl (a lot), linux-base, linux-image, libs (a lot), and so on?
    I suspect that comes automatically, even or not they are used by the Debian system bundled with OpenMediaVault. Right?

    System updates are done the same way as OMV updates. Debian squeeze (that OMV is based on) doesn't have a lot of system updates but you will see a few from time to time.
