What am I doing wrong? The OMV webinterface says that docker isn't installed. If I try to install it through the webinterface I get a bunch of errors.

    • I fixed the issue somehow (don't exactly know how) but I'll try to write down what I did:

      everything done via putty:
      1. uninstall docker-engine
      2. delete the docker group
      3. uninstall openmediavault-docker-gui

As far as I remember I installed openmediavault-docker-gui through putty, uninstalled it via the webinterface and installed it again via the webinterface and now it's working. That's (more or less) what I did to get it running.

Deteting the docker groupe may be the solution to installation error. Though I still failed to purge the package, I could successfully reinstall it.
