nginx plugin text formatting

Is anyone else getting this weird formatting with checkboxes all over the place when you try to "Edit" a server in nginx? I checked it both in chrome and firefox on win7. Doesn't seem to be an issue in any other plugins or omv settings. Running omv 3.0.85.

Yes, I still get all that on other places and yes, it's pretty annoying. Which also reminds me of the web login. I would like to keep it at whatever language I chose so that it doesn't keep refreshing itself, then it lets you login.
