High error rates in SMART

    • High error rates in SMART

      Hello,

      I'm using four brand new ST10000NM0146-2AA102 in my NAS connected via Amphenol SATA cables to an Asrock C236 WSI. All four drives have very high values in SMART for Raw_Read_Error_Rate, Seek_Error_Rate and Hardware_ECC_Recovered.
      The additional two WD Red 4TB are absolutely fine. May I assume that the SATA-Cables are defective?
