I got a strange problem here.
So i got 2 2TB disk connected via USB. Both ext3. I can use both HDDs via Samba BUT Minidlna shows me only one over DLNA.
Any ideas where to search ?

post the minidlna.conf to see if your 2 disk are added to it.

I did all with the webfrontend.
you need winSCP or something simmilar to acces from your PC to the OMV filesystem, you can't do it from webGUI.
I have installed webmin on that maschine.
What directory i have to search. i can't find it in /etc
Under / etc should actually be a minidlna.conf.

but really must work unless whaen atach USB Disk do not preserve dev-disk-by-id-ata-xxxxxxx and use other, please check it
