OMV 2.x = debian 7.x wheezy
OMV 3.x = debian 8.x jessie
OMV 4.x = debian 9.x stretch

What version of OMV? you need to replace the release name (stoneburner) with the version you are trying to install.
stoneburner = OMV 2.x
erasmus = OMV 3.x
arrakis = OMV 4.x
I only get filename or Directory not excists when I try in Debian 8.9
"deb packages.openmediavault.org/Public Erasmus main" > /etc/apt/Sources.list.d/openmediavault.list
Please look here:
nano /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://httpredir.debian.org/debian jessie main contrib non-free
# deb-src http://httpredir.debian.org/debian jessie main contrib non-free
deb http://httpredir.debian.org/debian jessie-updates main contrib non-free
# deb-src http://httpredir.debian.org/debian jessie-updates main contrib non-free
deb http://httpredir.debian.org/debian jessie-backports main contrib non-free
# deb-src http://httpredir.debian.org/debian jessie-backports main contrib non-free

This is how I install OMV on any random Debian out there:
Menu driven installation checking Debian version and then either installing OMV 3 or 4 (since it's insane to run OMV 2.x based on Debian Wheezy in 2017). Look like this then: OMV 4 image for Raspberrypi
"deb packages.openmediavault.org/Public Erasmus main" > /etc/apt/Sources.list.d/openmediavault.list
erasmus and public should not be capitalized.
