ZFS very high disk read in idle mode too

It doesn't matter if my system is at idle or not, I get ridiculously high disk activity (read).
What's wrong with this? *check the attachment*

Every service that can use the ZFS drives are shut down.

I've managed to sort that issue out but my read speeds are still bad (~6MB/s). These are tested 7200RPM WD/Samsung drives capable of 100+MB/s.

Write speeds are ok, 60+MB/s.

Any recommendations on how to solve this?
On day 1 it was much faster (now it's day 20).

What command are you using on your first screenshot? And what is your ZFS Setup?

Command: iotop
It's an OMV3 box with a Asrock J1900 and 8GB (max) RAM.
HDD1: Samsung HD103SI, HDD2: WD WD15EARS-00M (both capable of 100+MB/s rw)

That was the case, yes. When I posted my reply to this thread it was finished, so the poor read performance isn't caused by that. The most annoying thing is I can write the disks at 60-80MB/s.
