Anyway to bypass OpenVPN blocking?

If the firewall you’re trying to connect doesn’t have DPI, then run your vpn server in port 443.
If the firewall does indeed have DPI (and vpn traffic is filtered), you’ll need to hide the vpn traffic in something that resembles https ssl/tls connections. I think is called stunnel
You can easily found in google about this. Most of it is related to people traveling to China and have to use vpn there.
