I am not sure if this is a post 2.x->3.x migration issue, as i have been running 3.x for some time and did not notice it.
I notice this while looking into why my UPS is no longer showing in the user interface. that definitely worked after the upgrade but at some point after the upgrade has stopped. Not sure if this is related.
