msql-plugin 4.1.1 strange message "bad gateway" during install

OMV4.0.16.1 + mysql pluging 4.1.1, i get this message:

the install finish anyway.

seem this was due to a timeout somewhere. Had to desinstall/ reinstall pluging for clean install.... consider this closed.
