Uninstall greypool

Hi,

I'm still using OMV 2.x and I would like to upgrade to 3.x. As far as I can see, greypool is not supported and so I can't use it in Version 3.x.

I know how to remove greypool, but what I don't know: how do I remove all the Symlinks which were created by greypool and how can I evenly distribute my data over my 3hdds, after I removed greypool?

Is there someone who can help me with this?

usually:

for symlink
rm linkname
unlink linkname

for symlink directory
rm linkDirName
unlink linkDirName

Hm, so basically I would have to manually reverse the Symlinks greypool created? I guess in this case I have to come up with a method to pool all the files on the disks myself.

You can use mergerfs to pool disks. Either set it up by hand or use the Union File Systems plugin to do it for you if you can live with its limitations.
