Problem with NIC interface after power down

Hi everyone!, last week i decided to upgrade my omv machine from rpi3 to a mini pc (I3, 4gb ram, 128 msata sdd), the installation proccess went fine. The problem is when the machine is properly turned off (and the power cable is disconnected), via web or cli, and turned back on, the LAN interface simply doesnt work, ive tried with a dhcp and static ip address but always the same issue.
The only workaround is to connect a monitor and keyboard, log on via cli, and simply reboot the machine and presto! the NIC is working again!
BTW if the power cable is not unplugged the machine can be power cycled with no issues.
