Halfway through OpenVPN as and don't know how to make a vpn.

I have installed it using the command line on the server, and accessing the admin page on another machine. But how do I allow someone from outside my network to connect to this vpn.

This is the guide that I used, and I have made a user both on admin and on the server, biut I don't actually know what I am doing.
