Looks like a permission issue. On cli try
ls -ld /path/to/smb/share -

update,
okay i decided to try and remove samba with "sudo apt-get purge samba samba-common" and reinstall it with "sudo apt-get install samba"turns out this was a REALLY BAD IDEA now i get "403 forbidden" when i try to login to the WebUI also "omv-firstaid" now outputs "omv-firstaid: command not found"
please help, i some broke everything by just removing and installing samba :-S
i still have access to cli however :-S

samba is a dependency of the openmediavault package. So, it removed everything openmediavault. I would restore from backup... Otherwise, you can try installing openmediavault (apt-get install openmediavault) and the plugins again. Because you purged the packages, nothing will be left and you will basically be doing a fresh install. So, I would just do a complete fresh install.

"apt-get install openmediavault" worked thanks
but samba still does not work, any idea?

Have you enabled samba?
