mdadm "No arrays found in config file or automatically" when attaching new disk

Hi there,

I've build a new NAS system on which I want to run OMV. This build consists out of 4 hard drives. Everything seems to be fine till I connect the third and fourth hard drive.
If I connect HD nr. 1 & 2 everything seems to be fine. Upon connecting the 3rd and 4th drive the following error appears:

mdadm "No arrays found in config file or automatically"

This message then repeats a couple of times and then it stops, becomes unbootable and ends in intrafms.

I have tried filling the disks with 0's and ran DBAN on them aswell.

Im not sure what is going wrong and how to fix this, please provide some help.

Issue was related to the new OMV version. Was resolved after an update to 4.1.3.
