Problems while booting: No symbol table

After upgrading through omv-release-upgrade my maschine wont boot through, it stops booting the Kernel with an error like "No symbol table - Press any key", after pressing the famaous "Any"-Key it boots and OMV 4 comes up normally. What does that mean and how can I get rid of that message?

Try to update-grub via CLI.

If that is not enough you can try to fix GRUB by doing the following steps.
You first have to change the "X" to your system drive.

Bash

grub-install /dev/sdX
update-grub
reboot
