ASRock Q2900m-ITX / USB 3.0 doesn`t work

Hallo,

ich bin neu hier und neu in der OMV Welt.
Ich versuche das mal auf deutsch. Sollte das nicht funktionieren, dann bitte sagen und ich schreibe auf Englisch.
Ich habe ein NAS mit einem ASRock Q2900m-ITX Board zusammengebaut und OMV 4.x installiert.
Läuft alles super und bin prima zurecht gekommen.
Jedoch funktioniert eines nicht:
USB 3.0 Port vom Board und nur einer der beiden 2.0 vom Board funktionieren.
Bei der Installation hatte ich das schon bemerkt, aber konnte mir weiter helfen (PS/2 Tastatur und ein Board für die Installation vom Stick hat ja dann funktioniert).
Ich hatte das auf die BIOS Einstellungen geschoben.
Nun wollte ich das Backup Plugin mit einer externen USB HDD nutzen und konnte nur den 2.0 und nicht den 3.0 nutzen.
Das System hat noch 2 USB 3.0 Ports am Frontpanel die auch nicht funktionieren.

Im BIOS habe ich schon alle Einstellungen bzgl. USB durchprobiert. Hilft alles nix!

Das letzte Update für OMV habe ich auch durchgeführt.

Ich liefere mal ein paar Ausgaben von der Kommandozeile:

Das ist der Output von "lsusb" mit einem USB-Stick an dem einzigen USB 2.0 Port (Board) der funktioniert.
Alle anderen Ports liefern Strom, da die LED vom USB-Stick leuchtet.

Bildanhang "USB" zeigt eine Fehlermeldung "device descriptor read/64 error 71" mit der ich aber auch nicht weiter gekommen bin. Vielleicht sagt sie euch etwas.

Ich bin mir sicher das die USB-Ports grundsätzlich funktionieren, aber ich komme nicht weiter.

Derzeit nutze ich folgende Konfiguration für USB im BIOS:

USB-Controler aktiviert (nicht Auto!),
USB Intel Controler 3.0 aktiviert (nicht Auto),
USB-Legacy deaktiviert.

Hier noch die Ausgabe von "lspci" für den USB-Controler:

00:14.0 USB controller: Intel Corporation Atom Processor Z36xxx/Z37xxx, Celeron N2000 Series USB xHCI (rev 0e)

Alles läuft super, bis auf die USB-Unterstützung.
Da ich ansonsten auch Debian nutze und dort auf allen Rechnern USB überhaupt kein Problem bereitet, bin ich ein wenig ratlos.
Die letzte Möglichkeit wäre für das Backup halt kein USB zu nutzen und über das Netzwerk zu erledigen.
Das ist aber nicht die Lösung für das eigentliche Problem und würde ich nur im äußersten Notfall machen wollen.

Ich würde mich freuen wenn ihr mir weiter helfen könntet.

Yes, I`m sure. The OnBoard USB Ports are working.
Also the front panel USB Ports are working.
If I plug in an USB-Stick or ext. HDD the LED`s are on.

In between I start some trials with the BIOS configuration and in the end the OS doesn`t boot (extreme configuration!).
After that I`ve open the case and disconect the USB 3.0 front panel conecctor from the board.
Only the USB 2.0 and the USB 3.0 OnBoard Ports are active but only the USB 3.0 OnBoard Ports are working.
Than I connect the front panel ports and the effect is now: Both USB 3.0 OnBoard + front panel USB 3.0 Ports are working but w/o the both USB 2.0 Ports. They doesn`t work!

I don`t know whats happened and I don`t understand it but for me it`s ok!
I switch from the OMV Backup Tool back to my stable "storeBackup" tool over network. This decission has nothing to do with the OMV Backup Tool.
In this way I`m independent from the USB Ports!

In a different thread in another forum I get the hint to this bug: System freezes completely with Intel Bay Trail
I`m not sure that my Board is affected and this will be the reason for my USB issue!
Maybe it`s will be interesting to know there are some more peoples they detect this issue!
