    • How to get "Motioneye" running at OMV docker?

      Hi all,

can somebody please help me to get "Motioneye" running as a docker at OMV3 ?

I was able to install the docker Plugin and pull the Motioneye docker image but i have no idea on how to configure.

I want to use a seperate Harddisk at my OMV System for Motioneye / Container. These are the HDD/FileSystem and Folder Settings

But i have no idea what i need to configure here:

      or how to modify:

If i start the container i'm able to access the Webpage of Motioneye but if i try to add a camera it ends with an error and this is what is written at the logfile:

I appreciate any kind of help.

German speaking users are welcome as well ;)

      Thanks
    • is not well configured.

you need to understand how dockers work.

eg: path can't be read only mode, Variables must be defined, local config must reside in your HD, etc.

Please go to Installation and Setup Videos - Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced and practice a bit with other dockers to understand. once this works, you can easy start motioneye by yourself.

    • I suggest Pihole and MLDonkey to start, are easy to configure and to understand, in my signature you can see the howto ( not video , but useful too).
