PCDUINO3 version of OMV

    • Offizieller Beitrag

    Please - Does anyone know where "OMV_3_0_87_PcDuino3_4.12.9.img.xz" has gone ?

    Seems to be hiding

    I deleted the OMV 3 images because armbian support has ended for this board.

    Please try ctrl-shift-R and read this before posting a question.

    Please put your OMV system details in your signature.
    Please don't PM for support... Too many PMs!

  • because armbian support has ended for this board

    Which fortunately isn't that much of an issue. We removed support for the board for the sole reason we support already way too many boards, there are just a few PcDuino users around and none of us has the board (any more).

    But that's no problem for affected users: Visit https://dl.armbian.com, choose your board and in the download section select Debian Jessie with 'next' in it's name (the next bruch relies on a modern kernel). If you want to use OMV4 and a Stretch image is available then simply choose this (still with 'next' in the name).

    Then proceed with installing all updates and then

    Code
    armbian-config --> Software --> Softy --> Install OMV

    If you're on Jessie this will result in an OMV3 installation that can be upgraded to OMV4 by calling 'omv-release-upgrade'. Stretch images get OMV4 installed by default.
